Manual Presses
Odyssey manual printers are value priced industrial machines. While this is our “Entry Level” machine, it’s unlike any other in its price
range. The Odyssey line is ideal for startup operations such as Home Based Businesses, Sporting Good Retailers and Embroidery Companies that want to add a screen printing department.
In addition to the rotary load style printers, Odyssey printers are available in economical and specialty table top models as well. With the optional cap, jacket, sign, coozie,
sticker, and pocket attachments, this machine is the do it all answer for any small to medium screen printing business.

THE PROFESSIONALS CHOICE! This press was designed for the printer who makes his or her living behind a squeegee. Light enough
for ease of use day in and day out, but solidly welded to provide a rigid platform for life. The Mach printers are ideal for growing and high volume shops producing sophisticated
designs. The large diameter, full length center shaft combined with print station support struts maximize rigidity. The precision machined cast aluminum print heads and center wheel
provide the tightest registration. With the optional cap, jacket, sign, coozie, sticker and pocket attachments, this machine is the do it
all answer for any shop. Combined with the tool free X, Y, and Z micro registration, this machine is the best of all worlds. Mach printers also come in a variety sizes to fit your printing needs.

Automatic Presses
The Freedom is the epitome of simple as it relates to screen printing. It’s simple to set up, simple to operate, and simple to maintain. That said, The Freedom does not limit you to simple designs or small jobs. This machine turns any manual press operator into a mass producing printer. Freedom’s fast indexing speed, simple to use controls and precise micro registration ensure that setups are as fast and easy as with your manual press.

The Javelin Pro offers durable construction, user-friendly set-up, an advanced controller, and with high index speeds, it is the workhorse of automatic printers. Combined with the patented FlashBack, our presses are the only machines in the industry that can print and flash on all print heads without sacrificing a color. Javelin’s print heads and drive systems are smooth and dependable, enabling you to take on even the most demanding.

Workhorse combines their 30 year history of quality products, services and resources with some of the latest in screen printing technologies. These technologies include a revolutionary patent pending indexing system and a never before seen touch screen control panel offering unmatched functionality. The Sabre is available in 6, 8 and 10 color configurations. All models feature our patented flashback capabilities, a pivoting control panel with touch-screen display, micro-registration, independent floodbar and squeegee pressure adjustments, quick release pallets with a standard 20X20” (51CM X 51CM) image area.

The Falcon “M” Series automatic press with servo driven indexer and A/C print heads, is the convergence of high production at an affordable price. These machines are built to withstand the rigors of a multi-shift printing operation and capable of printing 900-1,000 garments per hour. The Falcon “M” delivers with the quality and speed that your customer demands. It’s quick, economical and the easy-to-use functions, make the Falcon “M” the production answer.

Dryers
These compact dryers allow you to produce professional, long lasting images even with a limited space or budget. The double wall construction and adjustable oven doors retain oven heat while the exhaust flange allows removal of fumes from your shop. These dryers handle a wide variety of imprint-ables: caps, jackets, sweats, and transfers just to name a few.

In contrast to competitive screen printing dryers that offer only narrow belts and minimal wattage, Powerhouse's wider dryer belt and more powerful ovens let you achieve maximum production rates. Plus with a flip of the switch, Flash Phase speeds production by raising garment and ink temperatures more quickly. Flash Phase fully powers the first heat zone while the remaining heat zone is controlled by the digital temperature control.
Powerhouse's medium wave IR elements transmit heat more quickly than conventional ceramic panels and turbo air-knives turn quick-curing IR heat into gentle convection heat for curing bulky items such as sweat shirts and jackets.

The Digi-Dri™ Portable Infrared Dryer from BBC Industries, Inc. is your answer to printing faster on your large format printer. It conveniently rolls up to your printer and gently
dries the ink to a full cure. Its flexible design and uniform heat distribution gently full cures inks without any circulating air. The Digi-Dri™ is safe for all inks and substrates.
The Digi-Dri™ Portable Infrared Dryer includes an on/off switch, solid-state temperature control, a 10-foot cord with plug (except 220 V units), and casters.

Rotary Transfer Machines
Roll to Roll / Rotary Transfer Machine
The advanced sublimation machine was designed to accommodate the need for faster transfer speeds by our innovative engineers. The workable widths are from 24″ to 200″. It was designed with a pivot system for automatic belt tracking, which ensures no lateral movement and “ghosting” on any of your fabric.

Draw Slide Press
OK-160 draw slide machines are designed to suit the needs of many types of manufacturing and printing operations including dye sublimation and heat transfer printing on a large variety of substrates. The OK-160 is an automatic heavy-duty dual station press. With its large airbags, the machine is able to print onto materials with decreased dwell times supplying a large amount
of pressure. The drawer slide line is made from a heavy duty steel-forged frame. With this system, the tray pulls away from the heat source for loading and unloading. A high watt density
heater on the platen allows the heater to heat up faster and maintain consistent temperature during production.

Exposure Units
The Point 1000 provides high-resolution screens at an affordable price by bringing together the best of two different light sources. The 1,000 watt halogen point light source enables you to capture halftones and fine lines while the UV fluorescent lights help speed exposure. These features combined with a digital timer make the Point 1000 an ideal choice for screen printers seeking higher quality images and increased through-put.

The Lumitron LED is the first model available from Workhorse’s all new line of LED exposing units. This tabletop unit delivers fast, uniform and high resolution exposures using long lasting LED light strips. In addition to the fast exposure times and fine line detail, this unit will reduce your set up times, energy costs and overall cost of ownership. Unlike expensive metal-halide bulbs that require regular replacements, run at high temperatures and require startup and cool down time, the LED strips operate at much lower temperatures, can last over 50,000 hours and start and stop immediately with the touch of a
button. Workhorse has also taken the lead by offering their line of exposure units at the most affordable price on the market.

The Mercury Flash curing unit offers 21% more heating area and more standard features than
comparably priced 16 in. x16 in. units. This quick-curing flash cure unit is a must for light-on-dark printing. The louvered hood helps keep electronic components cool while the locking casters make it convenient to move around your shop.

For the first time, printing, flashing and cooling are all performed on the same printhead!
After the print stroke, the FLASHBACK automatically slides its thin quartz element in between the garment and the screen. The garment is instantly flash dried and then cooled. Choose between four flash modes.

PhotoSharps’ performance is simply unmatched. PhotoSharp offers the highest resolution, fastest exposure times, and longest lamp life. The small focused lamp reflector maximizes image
resolution. The shuttered lamp system provides faster exposure times by eliminating the warm up time associated with instant start systems and extends the lamps life by reducing the number
of lamp strikes. The dual-spectrum lamp is spectrally matched with both diazo and photopolymer sensitized emulsions for
maximum speed and flexibility.

This flash is designed to work exclusively with the Falcon line of presses. Simply plug this flash into any print head and the press will take over all flash controls.

With the legendary Workhorse Flashback, you can print, flash, and cool down all on the same print head ! After the print stroke, the Flashback automatically slides its thin quartz element in between the garment and the screen, allowing the garment to be instantly flash dried and then cooled. With the Flashback, you can choose between four main flash modes:
- Print one stroke then flash once
- Print two strokes then flash once
- Print one stroke, then flash and print a second stroke without a second flash
- Print then flash and print then flash again (for a super-bright white underbase) After each flash, the garment is automatically cooled with the Flashback's built-in turbo fans. Flashback is available for all Workhorse "Javelin" and "Sabre" automatic presses.
